1. Introduction WIG SWITCH, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application "WIG SWITCH" (the "Service").
2. Age Limitation Our Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
3. Information We Collect & Storage Location We prioritize your privacy. We strictly minimize the data stored on our servers.

A. Data Stored in Cloud Database (Supabase) We collect and store minimal data on our secure cloud servers solely to manage your account access:

• Account Information: User ID and authentication details.
• Token Balance & Transactions: Records of your token purchases and usage history.

B. Data Stored LOCALLY on Your Device (NOT on Cloud) To ensure maximum privacy, the following data remains strictly on your personal device:

• User Face Data: Your original selfie photos used for the Virtual Try-On.
• AI Generated Images (Library): The final composite images created by the App are saved only to your device's local storage.
• IMPORTANT: We do NOT upload, save, or backup your photos or the generated images to our servers. If you uninstall the App or change devices, your saved images in the Library will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

1. AI Virtual Try-On Feature Our Service uses third-party AI technology to provide the wig try-on experience.

• Service Provider: We use Replicate to process AI image synthesis.
• Temporary Processing: Your photo and the wig asset are securely transmitted to Replicate solely for the purpose of generating the image.
• No Permanent Retention: Your biometric facial data is processed temporarily for the duration of the generation and is NOT permanently stored by Replicate or WIG SWITCH, LLC.

1. Camera Access We request access to your device's camera strictly to capture selfie photos for the wig simulation feature.
2. Third-Party Services We use the following trusted third-party services:

• Supabase: For secure authentication and token management.
• Replicate: For performing AI image synthesis processing.
• RevenueCat: For processing in-app purchases.
